Medical Billing for Group & Multi-Specialty Practices
More providers, more payers and more locations mean more places for revenue to leak. We give your group one accountable billing team with reporting by provider, location and payer.
Built for Practices With Many Moving Parts
As a group grows, billing gets harder in ways that are easy to miss: one provider credentialed with a payer and another not, a location billing under the wrong place of service, a specialty that keeps getting the same modifier denial. Each problem looks small; together they can cost a group a meaningful share of what it earns.
AccMed RCM manages billing for group and multi-specialty practices with specialty-aware coding, a credentialing roster for every provider, and reports that partners can actually read.
- Specialty-specific coding review for each provider
- Credentialing roster with renewal and revalidation alerts
- Place-of-service and location billing checked on every claim
- Denial trends by provider, payer and CPT code
- Payer contract and underpayment monitoring
- Monthly partner-level reporting

Group Practice Billing: Common Questions
Can you bill for multiple specialties under one group?
Yes. We assign coders by specialty, so a cardiology claim and a primary care claim in the same group are each reviewed against the rules for that specialty.
How do you handle providers who join or leave the group?
We track every provider on a credentialing roster. New providers are enrolled and linked to the group, and departing providers are terminated with each payer so claims are not denied later for the wrong rendering NPI.
Do you report by provider and by location?
Yes. Monthly reports can be split by provider, location, payer and specialty, so partners can see exactly where revenue comes from and where it is being lost.
We already have an in-house billing team. Can you work alongside them?
Yes. Many groups keep front-desk and charge entry in-house and send us denials, A/R follow-up or coding review. We fit around your team.
Can you take over billing for one location first?
Yes. Starting with one location is a good way to compare results before moving the whole group.
